Carofry 50 is a vitamin-rich, cholesterol-free semi-solid pure palm oil derived from red palm fruit. It offers a number of health benefits not usually associated with solid or semi solid frying oils, thanks to its unique chemical free refining process which retains the natural nutrients.

The oil is rich in heart-friendly anti-oxidants which not only improve the nutritional value of the food cooked with it, but also extend the fry life of the oil.

Carofry 50 contains natural alpha and beta carotenes (Pro-Vitamin A) which is unique for a deep frying oil, as well as being higher in Vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols) than competitor products.

In laboratory tests, we compared Carofry 50 with three leading UK solid frying fats and measured the vitamin content after frying. The results can be seen in two graphs. Click here to view graphs.
